LIFECYCLE LOGISTIC SUPPORT

To meet system life cycle reliability, availability and maintainability logistics support requirements the Harvey Group has a full range of materiel management, distribution, technical data management, maintenance, training, cataloging, configuration management, engineering support, repair parts management capabilities. We have in-place design-for-reliability methods, optimum design refresh planning tools, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources & Material Shortages (DMSMS) management processes, and supply chain risk assessment techniques and the bullets below characterize skills in these technical area:

(DMSMS) (Obsolescence) management – strategic life cycle planning of reactive mitigation and design refreshes; construction of business cases to support sustainment plans; optimization of lifetime buys; and general DMSMS plan development and management, and return-on-investment analysis.

Reliability analysis – development and application of physics-of-failure based reliability modeling for electronic systems; environmental testing and failure analysis capabilities.

Management of electronic part supply chain issues – counterfeit part detection and risk management; thermal up-rating of electronic parts; life cycle cost of ownership of electronic parts; maintenance modeling and manufacturer/distributor qualification.

RESTRICTED ACCESS LOGISTICS SUPPORT

The Harvey Group’s Restricted Access Logistics Support services are focused on the IC and Department of State (DOS). Our logisticians know and understand the security policies and protocol levied by both the IC and the DOS and are trained to meet purchasing, packing and crating, freight forwarding and special handling of materials to meet CONUS & OCONUS requirements. We have special packing, shipping, and materials security services available to ensure total project security, as well as, access to secure material staging warehouses to accommodate customer requirements. Our Restricted Access Logistic Support Service include bill of material preparation, purchasing, secure staging and storage, packing and crating to diplomatic pouch standards, and general material and cleared shipment escort services.
